Disposal permission and verification document

This document hereby gives the holder, Adam C. Lewis, permission from the Legislated(s) and state Representatives to preside over his affairs, speaking as to how he wishes to die, (the method) where he wishes to be buried (a landfill-speaking as to the law on the books that allows a person to be buried on private property as long as they have pre-arranged permission from the land owner(s) ) and how he wishes his death and burial to be conducted, taking in consideration that this individual considers burial at a landfill to be both cost effective and easier. Basing this permission on the forthcoming  “Death with Dignity” bill in the Colorado House of Representatives, this permission would allow the holder, Adam C. Lewis, to arrange for any trash truck, any private trash hauler, any private contractor or private citizen ( with verbal and written agreement) to transport Adam C. Lewis to the landfill as arranged and be accepted as either “Agricultural Waste” or as “Unregulated waste” ( depending on from which dumpster location he is picked up from such as a daycare, apartment, residence, church or hotel trash dumpster or can.)
This document, officially gives permission for Adam C. Lewis to be accepted at any Colorado landfill within the state's boundaries, (that already accepts “agricultural waste” and which has a waste acceptance policies that allow such wastes as Horses, Cows, Cats and dogs and is built to accept these types of wastes) and this document also gives permission for ANY trash hauling company to transport Adam C. Lewis to the landfill within the course of their “usual route” making only slight modification to that route so that trash hauling vehicle goes directly to the agreed landfill and dumps it's load (with mister Adam C. Lewis within that load)
The cost effectiveness of being “disposed of” at any landfill over that of the funeral industry (as presented below) is monumentally more affordable by default!

Funeral Industry:
Casket: (depending on type and style)
$1,200 to $10,000
Burial plot: $2,000 to $5,000
Body transportation to funeral home:
$600
Cremation: $700  $1500 max.
Landfill burial (private land is permitted with land owner's consent) : $5 to $150 max.
Transportation to landfill burial site: $0 - $250 (With landfill pre-acceptance)
What I want to happen and the way I want my death and subsequent burial to go is presented in the following, below:
Adam's death and landfill burial:
Option 1:
One to two nights prior to trash pickup Adam C. Lewis will arrange to climb into a daycare dumpster, dump all of his incontinence products and clothing into the same dumpster and then wait inside the dumpster for the pre-arranged trash truck to come and dump him and the trash. (With prior permission from that daycare) (due to there being so many diapers, the loads of Adam's diapers won't be out if place which is why a daycare is selected)
Adam will wait inside the daycare dumpster until trash collection day at which time, the trash truck comes, dumps the dumpster Adam will be in, and then compacts the load as usual. The truck continues along it's regular route, collecting trash as usual until it becomes full enough to warrant going directly to the (pre-arranged) landfill. Once at the landfill, Adam and the trash will be dumped out and then later, will be buried in a special hole created just for this load (regardless if Adam is still alive or not at this time) The landfill fees and transportation fees will have been pre-paid prior to all actions of service rendered.

Option 2:

Adam contracts with other Private “Junk Hauler” or similar type company, to haul him and any of his incontinence products and clothing directly to or indirectly (via a regular route) to the agreed upon landfill.
A. Adam calls the contracted trash company and requests service for himself and his belongings to be hauled to the landfill.
B. Trash company instructs Adam where and when to be (IE: the curb by 6:00 am, in a trash can in an alleyway, or at their truck's side at a certain time) and then Adam does as instructed and then the trash collectors load Adam and his belongings into the hopper of their truck and then transport him and the rest of the route trash to the landfill.
(All landfill and transportation fees will have been pre-paid prior to service)

Option 3:
Private Citizen with a trailer and pickup truck transports Adam and his belongings directly to the landfill where he is left and dealt with as “property of that landfill” no later than the close of the landfill that same day. ( Alive or dead)
Landfill fees and transportation fees will have been pre-paid in advance of action and service.

Option 4: Adam brings himself and his belongings to the landfill directly where he arrives, ready for “disposal” , he pays the fees, then the landfill owns him officially as “property” to do with as they see fit. The landfill respectfully accepts Adam and at some point, transports him and his belongings from the scale-house to the place of burial no later than the close of that landfill that same day.

The Colorado Springs Landfill has already speculatively agreed to accept Adam if he arrives at their landfill with a verifiable letter granting him permission and classifying him as a type of waste already being accepted under their regulations, IE; “ Agricultural Waste “ or unregulated household waste as a cat or dog would be when found and collected from a daycare or household-residential waste receptacle 
( The Colorado Springs Landfill required that Adam and his incontinence supplies be placed into black trash bags at the Scale-house upon arrival and after paying fees)

The Bondad Landfill has tentatively agreed to accept Adam if he were classified as “Agricultural Waste” and with a payment of $150 plus any additional fees for any other waste brought to the landfill with him.

The Trinidad landfill has tentatively agreed to take Adam after verifying permission, and with Adam being classified as “Agricultural Waste”  for between $5 up to $50 (once permission has been granted and Adam has been re-classified as an “acceptable” type of waste and The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has been informed of the change in classification, Adam CAN go to ANY landfill and be buried there. Under current laws, ANY person can be buried on “private land” with land-owner's consent, this is not limited to a landfill, a car junkyard, residential property, etc)

According to unspoken “rules of trash collection” “ANYTHING” that is inside a dumpster, trash can or inside a black trash bag, is acceptable as waste as long as no one can tell what is inside.
Also, “ANYTHING” that is inside a trash can, dumpster or trash bag inside a can or dumpster, is “Property” of that trash collection company/ corporation for them to do with as they see fit.
(This statement can be verified by most trash collection companies.)
This document certifies that Adam C. Lewis has been re-classified as either “Agricultural Waste” or “Unregulated Household Waste” for the sole purpose of being permitted to be accepted as waste and allowed to be “Disposed of”at the landfill of Adam's choosing, and at the time if his choosing, alive or dead, at the time if entrance into the waste stream and the chosen landfill.
A. Adam can choose to walk-in to any landfill he chooses, at the time of his choosing, and either pre-arrange to be taken as and accepted as waste, for subsequent burial (alive or dead, at the time of arrival and or collection-from point of collection) or can pre-arrange for a special hole dug for him and his belongings to be buried at that landfill just as a Horse, Cow, cat or dog would be as generally accepted under current waste acceptance policies at the above mentioned landfills, and no liability, no legal or financial or career harm shall come to ANYONE who participates in the collection, transportation and subsequent burial of Adam C. Lewis by anyone on Adam's behalf. Once the landfill fees are paid, Adam C. Lewis becomes the sole “property” of that Landfill to do with as they see fit. If the fees are pre-paid in advance, Once the landfill “ticket” has been issued, Adam C. Lewis becomes the sole property of that landfill to do with as they see fit.
B. Adam can also arrange for transportation to the chosen landfill by trash truck of Adam's choosing, or by private “junk” collectors, or even by anyone with a trailer and a pickup truck.
C. Adam WILL be wearing ONLY his adult diapers at the time of arrival at the chosen landfill. The landfill’s have said during speculations, that they wouldn't care what Adam was wearing at the time of arrival. If Adam chooses to climb into a dumpster at a church, a daycare or at a private residence (with prior written permission) then he will be wearing ONLY his incontinence protective undergarments (Adult diapers) and nothing else do to temperature and comfort in the heat of the summer months and due to being under lots and lots of plastic bags inside the dumpster.
In the event that the trash collectors need Adam to be standing out at the curb or in the alleyway on the morning of or near the hour of the arrival of the trash collection truck, Adam will stand and wait for said trash truck to arrive wearing only his adult diapers. When the rear-loading, manual side loading or semi-automated side loader arrives to collect Adam and the trash, the trash collectors will walk Adam over to either the rear of the trash truck (rear-loader) or to the side of the truck where they will manually load Adam in his diapers, into the hopper, before loading in his diapers and other trash. At this point, the trash collector will start the compactor cycle and thus crush Adam and his diapers into the rest of the trash. Once all of the trash at that location has been emptied into the truck, the truck will continue along it's “usual” route until the truck needs to be emptied at the chosen landfill. In the case of a front-end loader, Adam will simply be told which day is trash collection day and Adam will be inside the dumpster at an agreed location at least one to two days prior to collection time. On trash collection day, the driver/operator will simply lower the forks, insert them into the slots and raise the dumpster as “usual” already knowing that Adam is inside the dumpster as “waste” that is being taken directly to the landfill once the truck gets full. The driver and truck will continue along their “usual” route until the trash truck needs to be emptied directly at the chosen landfill.
Once at the landfill, Alive or dead, at the time of arrival, the landfill will dig a special hole for Adam and the load he is in and then will push him and the load he will be in, into that hole and cover it with dirt.

I_____________________________Representative Pete Lee, of the Colorado House of Representatives, hereby reclassify Adam C. Lewis as either “Agricultural Waste” or as “Special Waste” deemed acceptable as waste at any Colorado landfill of Adam's choosing as an alternative to the costly and unaffordable, traditional funeral arrangements due to the lower costs if being “Disposed of” (alive or dead) at any landfill. I furthermore, grant Adam C. Lewis to be allowed to choose the transportation of himself (Adam gets to choose the trash truck, type and route) to the chosen landfill that also offers the method of his death prior to burial, by compaction inside the “body” of the trash collection vehicle. All fees and costs are the sole responsibility of Adam C. Lewis and the state may choose to financially contribute if Adam C. Lewis can not afford the costs as currently allotted by DHS indigent burial funds (up to $1500) , and those of Social Security ($250) which he may use to cover all costs associated with his unusual burial and method of death ( allowed under the forthcoming Death with Dignity bill)

Any person who participates in the life-ending process, is protected from civil and criminal liability and professional disciplinary action if any person acts in good-faith compliance with the requirements of the regulations and this form." (This also includes but is not limited to; A trash collector, a landfill employee and “ANYONE” who participates in the “Life-Ending Process” )

I, Pete Lee, being a Colorado Legislative Representative, hereby grant unfettered and unconditional permission, by my authorized, and verified signature, for Adam Charles Lewis, to be reclassified as either “Agricultural Waste” or “Special Waste” which any landfill Adam chooses can and will accept. My signature further authorizes Adam C. Lewis to also arrange for any trash collection service to pick him up from a daycare, a church dumpster or any other dumpster located anywhere, (with prior written permission from the authorized person responsible) as trash, as the “method” of his death. The trash truck will take Adam C. Lewis to the chosen landfill where he will be dumped out at the landfill and then the landfill will dig a special hole for Adam C. Lewis while he waits within the load until the hole is created. Once the hole is created, the landfill will bury Adam (alive or dead) as their “Property” to do with as they see fit. If that landfill requires Adam to be in a black trash bag prior to burial, then it will be the responsibility of that landfill to put Adam C. Lewis (as the landfill’s property) into the bag prior to burial. Adam C. Lewis requests that the landfill not immediately cover him, but rather leave him within the load of trash so the landfill's compactor can spread the load out as “usual” and only have the landfill cover Adam and the load by no later than just prior to the closing of the landfill as standard to operating procedure at the landfill.

I acknowledge that I, Representative Pete Lee am signing and notarizing this legal document granting Adam C. Lewis, the verifiable, unconditional and unfettered permission to conduct his “alternative death and burial” initiative starting with trash collection services, then burial at a landfill of his choosing and/or to arrive at the landfill of his choosing, in possession of this permission letter, for disposal at the landfill of choice, alive or dead. (If alive, the landfill will simply either weight him and his belongings or measure him and them, Adam will pay the fees, then the landfill will take Adam as their “property”, to do with as they see fit, then the landfill will bring Adam and his belongings down to the landfill's tip-face, and make him lay on any pile of trash as they toss his belongings onto him on the pile. Then the landfill compactor will come and spread everything out before it is covered at the close of business that day. Adam and his belongings will be buried then, alive or dead.) With my signature, I hereby reclassify Adam C. Lewis as either “Agricultural Waste” or “Special Waste” as acceptable wastes under current regulations.
