Kasey had been arrested for accidentally killing someone with his car. He wore diapers 24/7 and when he was arrested, the trunk of his car had a lot of his own unrolled wet diapers in it. The officers didn't understand why they were there and nor did anyone else, the prosecutor or the judge. Kasey was sentenced to death and instead of keeping him in the jail for 10 to 20 years, the judge ordered an expedited execution. Kasey, asked the judge if he could choose the method of his death, since there was a death-with-dignity law in the books. The judge allowed him to choose the method.....as long as the method could be done at the prison.
