Miley Cyrus-The Disposal Daycare Director

Miley Cyrus was an aspiring singer, and musical artist until her obvious narcissism ended her career. With no skills to speak of and having never actually worked for anyone before, she was forced to create a job for herself. Since the Government was now "in the business of" getting rid of unwanted kids and disabled people as well as elderly people, Miley signed a contract with the US Government to take in Toddlers still in diapers to people aged 19 that were earmarked for "death and disposal" by their Government.
Miley turned her home in Franklin, Tennessee

into a daycare-like place where the earmarked diapered people would stay until they were officially and legally disposed of. 

Miley hired a large amount of staff that could handle these people and their diapers in a clean and sanitary manor with Dignity.

Chapter one: The SLV Affair

It was a warm summer afternoon and Omar Cano Cruz Soto couldn't be a sheriff any longer, and was not even allowed to be a security guard. He had to make a living there somehow.....so.....he went to the San Luis Trash company in town and became a trash man. It wasn't long before he began to offer people he didn't like, or want there, a means to an end. Omar Soto, got to drive the San Luis Colorado rear-loader garbage truck now, often running a couple of Costilla County routes by himself. This route included four daycares and six homes that threw a ton of stinky diapers away.
