The Unwanted

The Unwanted

                                 Inspired by Mike Riviera

It was the summer of 2016 and the political scene was becoming increasingly tense.
The police state is at an all-time high with the cops acting as slave drivers and herding hundreds of poor, disabled and mentally ill to their deaths. A political push for a cleaner, supreme race under a communist, republican TRUMP controlled state was bringing the country to the brink of a civil war. After two government shutdowns, the new pseudo communist government takes control and a civil war ensues. The army and marines begin to take political prisoners and execute as many of them, one by one, as possible, for intimidation and fear mongering.
As the greater public fell deeper and deeper into increasingly intense pre-civil war, the poor and the disabled were being killed at an alarming rate for nothing more than being poor and disabled. The poor and disabled that had been captured were being taken to a local incinerator facility and dropped off there in large numbers to be incinerated alive as simple articles of waste. A select few poor and disabled were being used in corporate experiments and a few even were being used in chemical, pharmaceutical and environmental tests before they are disposed of. Even the prisons were disposing of their death row inmates at this incinerator facility.
Dirk and Tanya were the not-so-proud parents of two disabled and thickly diapered adults that still lived at home. They no longer wanted the financial and physical burden of taking care of their disabled adult children any longer.
The foster care system wouldn’t take their disabled adult child and adult care services wanted to put their adult child into nursing homes at Dirk and Tanya’s expenses. They couldn’t afford that. So, they started looking for other less expensive options. As Dirk was surfing the internet, he found a incinerator facility at the very edge of town that took humans, cats, dogs, horses, cows, and medical waste as well as special waste. Dirk called the facility and asked them if they would take their disabled adult in diapers. The woman at the other end talked with her supervisor and the super visor agreed to take them. The woman got back on the phone and told Dirk to go ahead and bring them in. Dirk mentioned that there was going to be a lot of packaged and loose diapers as well as their adult disability strollers, their clothing and bedding. The woman told Dirk that as long as the bedding was in a box or a bag, they would take it. He thanked the woman and then he hung up. Dirk closed his laptop and then stood up, and then walked over to his wife Tanya who was in the kitchen.

Dirk: (To Tanya) Honey, I think I found somewhere we can take our kids…..this place I called a minute ago, will take them for a fee……we can even bring all of their diapers, clothing, bedding and their strollers.

Tanya: That’s WONDERFUL sweetheart! What is this place you are talking about?

Dirk: I don’t think you’re going to like this……

Tanya: OK…..honey? What IS…this place you sound so excited about?

Dirk: It’s a incinerator facility!

Tanya: INCINERATOR FACILITY????? ARE…YOU CRAZY?????

Dirk: No, wait…listen to me. Let me tell you how cheap it is…..and how easy it is for us to just take William over there and drop him and all of his clothes and diapers and then leave…..I JUST got off the phone with the director of the facility and she told me that they would take him and anything we bring there and we would only have to pay for the weight of him and his stuff. I asked her about how much it would cost if we brought in less than 300 pounds worth of stuff. She said that it would cost about $.25 cents per pound now THAT….is CHEAP! Besides….their is a law that says that all human bodies MUST be either incinerated or entombed. It’s cheaper to just take everything down there to the incinerator plant.

Tanya: Yes…that really IS cheap! But are you SURE that you want to take William over to some…incinerator and just leave him there? Are there…ANY…other options?

Dirk: No, there isn’t! Yes I’m sure! I’ve called around for the last two days for 12 hours each day and this…is the LAST and ONLY option I’m afraid. They said that they would take him today or tomorrow and to try to get there between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.
I asked the director if they would load him and his diapers that day and he said that they get a lot of stuff and that they would make every attempt to….but that there would be a small chance that they would get to him and his diapers the next day if necessary.
The law also didn’t specify that the body had to be dead to take it over there to the incinerator plant.

Tanya:  O….K! When will we have to have poor William over there at the incinerator facility??

Dirk: They said that they would take him today or tomorrow and to try to get there between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.

Tanya: WELL! That doesn’t give him much time! How about tomorrow? That way, I can get him and some of his diapers out to one of the rolling trash cans and then he will be in there the rest of today and until we get him to the facility. I am going to be glad to get rid of him and all of his clean and dirty cloth and disposable diapers!

Dirk: ME…too! FINALLY, we will have some more money to live on!

Tanya: Yes…we WILL! I can FINALLY get those new shoes I have been wanting and needing! With both of our jobs giving us raises, we will be doing well! Let me get William’s diaper changed and then I will get him right out to the trash can with his pail of dirty diapers for the rest of the day. YAY! Last time I have to change William!!
Tanya, William’s mother goes into William’s room and over to his safety bed/disability crib, and opens the side door. Once the door swung open, she reached in and began to get William up and out of the bed and over to the changing table. Then once William was up on the changing table, she began to unbutton his onesie. As she began to change William’s last diaper.

William: Mommy?

Tanya: Yes sweetheart?

William: Why have you been taking my clean packs of diapers out of my diaper closet?

Tanya: Well baby, you and your diapers are being disposed of as trash. Mommy and Daddy can’t take care of you any more! You go through TOO many expensive diapers and you require too much care and Mommy and Daddy don’t have the time any more to give you that. So we are going to have to throw you away now. You and your diapers are now trash and now belong to a trash disposal company that will take you for disposal.

William: What is going to happen to me?

Tanya: WELL, Mommy paid the trash company that is going to take you to their trash incinerator facility where they will burn ALL of the trash they get.

William: They are going to BURN me and my diapers mommy?????

Tanya: Yes…..they will.

William: But….MOMMY! I don’t wanna be trash!!!  Do I HAVE to????

Tanya: Yes…I’m afraid so…I don’t have a choice now! The trash company owns you and all of your diapers too! They want us to bring you and your diapers and clothing and anything else we bring to their facility first thing in the morning.

William: Can I get my diaper changed after I wake up?

Tanya: Sorry baby, you will not be sleeping in your bed tonight. Mommy will take you out to the trash can tonight and put you in there with the rest of your wet diapers I am afraid. So the diaper I am giving you now, will be your last diaper. Don’t worry though, Mommy is going to add a lot of nice, thick booster pads into that diaper of yours.

More to Come soon........
