This post is the culmination of four years and still counting worth of research and development of this knowledge.
I know that PEOPLE really ARE disposable! WE are nothing more than "Assets" to those who OWN us in our government oligarchy. What I DO NOT understand is why can't ANY person who wants to, walk into ANY landfill and have them take a live human as waste? The landfills take horses, cows, cats and dogs......and according to the EPA, if the landfill is set up to take those items, then they CAN take ANY type of fleshy items....alive or dead. I heard of a program back east where an incinerator that takes cats, dogs, and other animals alive, can also take humans alive if they volunteer to be incinerated. I'm not one to be completely convinced of what I hear...OR what I am told....but when I heard of the Air Force chopping up bodies and throwing them into the King George landfill in Dover, Virginia-OWNED by Waste Management, I IMMEDIATELY took to the phones to find out if humans CAN be accepted as waste!
I petitioned to President Obama to have him write an executive order allowing me to be accepted as waste at ANY landfill and someone in his staff referred me to The Colorado Department of Human Health and Environment. A woman named Karen called me and left this voicemail:
Imagine my interests were peaked when I called her back to confirm all of this. I asked her EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE question that I could think of and she told me that the landfills CAN actually accept me as waste but it IS up to THEM to accept me or not. I then wondered if there was a way to OVERRIDE their ability to accept me and make it so that they HAVE to accept me. STILL working on that. IF the President writes an order that ANY landfill HAS to accept me as waste, then the federal law he creates supersedes that of the local and state law. I ALSO know the #DeathWithDignity laws also have clauses that WOULD allow a person to Choose the method(s) of their deaths and the timing as WELL as clauses protecting those acting as physicians and anyone participating in the life-ending process as evidenced here:
"Any person who participates in the life-ending process, including a physician who prescribes life-ending medication to an individual with a terminal illness, is protected from civil and criminal liability and professional disciplinary action if the physician or other person acts in good-faith compliance with the requirements of the act."
"TERMINAL ILLNESS" OR "TERMINAL DISEASE" MEANS AN INCURABLE AND IRREVERSIBLE DISEASE THAT HAS BEEN MEDICALLY CONFIRMED AND WILL, WITHIN REASONABLE MEDICAL JUDGMENT, RESULT IN DEATH WITHIN SIX MONTHS"
A PERSON DOES NOT QUALIFY UNDER THIS ARTICLE SOLELY 2 BECAUSE OF AGE OR DISABILITY
Oregon's Death with Dignity Act opens the possibility for choosing the timing, circumstances and method of one's death.
ALL of the above articles presented here, say that if a terminally ill patient chooses to die, then they can choose the METHOD, circumstances AND the timing! BEING that this IS ONE legal interpretation of this law, that means that if "I" were to become "Terminal" as defined in the bill, that I COULD choose to be taken at a landfill and or arrange or pre-arrange for a trash truck to take me there or one of those non compactor style dump trash trucks can transport me and stuff to the landfill and be dropped off there as waste, alive or not. I have YET to see any actual language in the EPA or Department of Health and Environment's rules that say that a human can NOT be taken as waste! IF such language exists, the death with Dignity bill WOULD POTENTIALLY override that. The ONLY thing is, finding a landfill that WOULD accept a person alive or not as an "At will" and at the person's discretion either under contract or under recorded verbal contract at the time of acceptance at the particular landfill facility.
Hypothetically, the Bondad landfill in Durango, Colorado would have accepted me as waste and this is how my hypothetical acceptance would have gone:
THIS post in this blog represents how my disposal would have gone at the Colorado Springs Landfill owned by Waste Management. This is a post that was created by transcribing over 6 various phone calls between myself, A Ramona Miles, the Director of that landfill and a supervisor:
IF any landfill takes soldier's bodies as waste, then it stands to logically reason that they are able to take HUMANS as waste. Waste Management requires that all of the waste be bagged up before it can be accepted. That includes humans.
There is also an unspoken rule of garbage collection that "Anything" inside a dumpster or trash can is "Property" of that company to do with as they see fit. If a human gets into a dumpster, they literally cease to exist as a human and are converted into nothing more than "Property" allowing the collection company to take a person as waste. there are several other rules that apply as well, anything over 50 lbs at curbside must be pre-approved by that company if there is only manual collection available due to the lifting limits of the regulatory agencies and labor departments.
ALSO anything at curbside MUST be placed inside of a blackout trash bag and the trash collectors will take "ANYTHING" inside of a black trash bag as long as they can't tell what is inside. IF you were to hide the body's shape and form with say...wet diapers, it would help explain the weight and shape of the bag at curbside. YOU all may verify all of this if you like by calling your local trash man or taking to them at curbside.....
I also find that after talking with actual front end loader trash truck drivers across the USA, that some of them really WOULD take me as trash in their trash trucks and would compact me knowing I was in there.....and usually the trash men wouldn't care WHAT I was wearing or if I was wearing anything at all. I have been called everything from weird, to strange, to psycho, for asking as many trash men as possible about what they would do and if they would SAY anything to me if they knew i was in the trash dumpster or can. SOME that drive rear loaders, would open the lids, see me and laugh as the dumpster or can was dumped while others wouldn't say one word as they rose the dumpster into the air and dumped the load and I into the hopper and then they would run the compactor instinctively.
HERE is what ONE waste collector said in response to one of my questions:
ME: IF the landfill said they would take me as
waste.....and I arranged to be taken by YOUR truck....would you care what I was
wearing or would you open the can lids before you inserted the forks to talk to
me at all before dumping me????? I'm curious....How would you handle it
IF...you had the green light.....
Waste Collector: I myself work third shift now. There would be a
great chance that once I fork the can, I wouldn't know you were in it. Not
bragging, but once I'm in a can, I'm taking it up pretty quickly, and upon
setting it down, I instinctively pack the contents. I don't think that's a
place you would want to be honestly.
Waste Collector: I work for Waste Pro now, I'm no longer with the
county. The route I'm assigned to covers an average of 200 miles a day so
videos are harder to do nowadays. The route is mostly industrial with some
restaurants, you'd be killed or seriously injured behind the blade.
ME: that IS what I am looking for......A...custom #DeathWithDignity because I can pick the
Method(s) of my death AND the timing.......and IF I want THIS to be the method,
then written within that law, it allows me to. It supersedes the other
laws.....as written..... THIS is just ONE example: http://thediaperservice.blogspot.com/2015/10/death-with-dignity-bill-and-definitions.html

IF that is what I choose to do, then ALL I'd have to do is get the OK from the
Company so they are in the loop and so you OR they don't have to call the
cops....especially...if you can arrange to go DIRECTLY to the landfill and NOT
a transfer station unless they take animals...then by all MEANS....go to the
transfer station....
THIS is the types of examples of the Q and A that I have conducted posing hypothetical questions to the various trash collectors and trash truck operators, asking them to answer as realistically as possible. I have dared ask what everyone else is afraid to ask and have retrieved a LOT of information because of it.

Air Force Throws 274 Soldier's Bodies into the landfill!!!
This story has been out for a few years now, but it’s hardly made a blip in the mainstream media landscape. While Republicans have had a non-stop stream of rants about how President Obama doesn’t care about the troops, a dirty little secret is haunting the era known as the George W. Bush administration.
We’ve known since the start of the two Bush wars that there was a media blackout. Unlike Vietnam before it, the media was not allowed to show the hundreds and thousands of body bags being flown from the Middle East. That blackout could be why it went unnoticed for several years that they were regularly incinerating and throwing the bodies of our troops into a Virginia landfill.
The Washington Post picked up the story in 2011, but odds are that most still aren’t aware that at least 274 troops were treated like last night’s chicken bones. Naturally, the families did not know about the dumping. Instead, they were under the impression that their loved ones would be disposed of in a “respectful and dignified manner.”
This week, after The Post pressed for information contained in the Dover mortuary’s electronic database, the Air Force produced a tally based on those records. It showed that 976 fragments from 274 military personnel were cremated, incinerated and taken to the landfill between 2004 and 2008.
An additional group of 1,762 unidentified remains were collected from the battlefield and disposed of in the same manner, the Air Force said. Those fragments could not undergo DNA testing because they had been badly burned or damaged in explosions. The total number of incinerated fragments dumped in the landfill exceeded 2,700.
There’s no evidence that the President was aware of the practice, but it was done between 2003 and 2008, right-smack in the middle of Bush’s wars and during the Bush administration.
The travesty was discovered by three whistle blowers who worked for the mortuary at the Dover Air Force Base. One whistle blower was allegedly fired and the other two faced what they said was retaliation.
The Air Force chain of command has taken responsibility, sort of. They were shy of calling the actions “wrongdoing.”
To this day, we don’t know how many troops were involved. The Air Force complained that they would have to comb through the records of more than 6,300 troops, to which one Congressman, Rep. Rush Hold (D-NJ) said:
“What the hell?” he told the Post. “We spent millions, tens of millions, to find any trace of soldiers killed, and they’re concerned about a ‘massive’ effort to go back and pull out the files and find out how many soldiers were disrespected this way?”“They just don’t want to ask questions or look very hard,” he added, according to the newspaper.Source: US News
The three whistle blowers did say, though, that today, things are better than ever and that the troops are being taken care of. Fortunately, in 2009, then newly-elected President Barack Obama lifted the media blackout for military casualties. Now that things are in the open, military heroes are getting the respect they deserve.
